Due to the Fashion Industry always changing styles, it is very difficult to update products on our website. We do update our website daily and we try our very best to keep all quantities updated. Some products are limited to 1 in stock. So at this time, all orders have to be placed by directly contacting us via email or by phone.
We compare shipping rates with USPS and UPS. We ship with the lowest rate possible. All shipping cost will be determined prior to shipping. We will notify you of cost before shipping out your order. Once shipping cost are accepted by you we will charge your card for the full about due with shipping. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
All orders are shipped within 2 days Monday-Friday, except all major Holidays.
If you are in the local areas of the Inland Empire or the High Desert and would like to avoid any shipping cost, we can set up a date and time for local pick-up. Orders can also be picked-up at any of our events.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Sassy Bags carefully inspects every product for quality. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly EXCHANGE your product within 7 days of purchase. Customer must FIRST contact us directly to make arrangements. However, the same item may not be available and will have to be exchanged for another product of equal value. NO CASH REFUNDS will be made, NO EXCEPTIONS. The product must be returned unused with all tags still attached in it's original condition with receipt to qualify for an exchange. Customer pays for all shipping cost. All Earrings and Hair Accessories are FINAL SALES and are NOT ELIGIBLE for return or exchange.
